	Remove
2	Remove left and right drip rail (2)		AR88.80-P-4000NKB
3	Remove glass sliding roof (4)		AR77.21-P-0500NKA
	Risk of injury  caused by slipping when inserting blade in the multicutter and by glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows	Always interrupt air supply or power supply before inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
4	Saw an approx. 5 to 10 mm wide strip off of the front edge of the front glass cover (5)	Observe cutting depth when sawing. Otherwise the paneling on the front roof frame can be damaged. Use oscillating saw with round sawing blade.
5	Remove drive unit for panoramic sliding roof roller sun blind		AR77.21-P-0490NKA
6	Remove panoramic sliding roof control module		AR77.21-P-6995NKA
7	Remove headliner and lay down on vehicle interior		AR68.30-P-4300NKA
8	Remove left and right front roof rack mount (3)
9	Remove left and right console (6)
10	Remove left and right rear grab handle mount (7)
11	Mask paint surfaces on roof paneling adjacent to panoramic roof frame (1) with solid adhesive tape	To prevent damaging paint surfaces when cutting out later.
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
12	Cut out panoramic roof frame (1) using cutting wire and remove from body	Punch pull-in device (8) through at front right corner of panoramic roof frame (1) as shown. Helper required for cutout and removal. Model 176 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) When cutting out, ensure that the cutting wire is guided along the left and right front grab handle mount (9). Otherwise the cutting wire can tear.
	Install
13	Open driver-side window	To prevent panoramic roof frame (1) just bonded in, from being pressed out toward outside by air when closing the doors.
14	Prepare new panoramic roof frame (1) for installing window		AR77.21-P-0800-02CW
		Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the glued connections is impaired. Always replace panoramic roof frame (1).

15	Prepare body flange for installing panoramic roof frame (1)		AR77.21-P-0800-05SX
		Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the glued connections is impaired.

16	Apply adhesive to body flange		AR77.21-P-0800-03CW
		Repair kit, windshield glazing, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
17	Install panoramic roof frame (1) on body with aid of helper and align	Use weights with large surfaces such as sandbags to put load on panoramic roof frame (1). Otherwise the panoramic roof frame (1) can be damaged. Observe previously determined gap dimension (A) and determine panoramic roof frame (1) between side roof paneling.

18	Remove adhesive tape from roof paneling
19	Install left and right rear grab handle mount (7)
20	Install left and right console (6)

22	Install headliner		AR68.30-P-4300NKA
