	Remove/install
1	Remove trim from C-pillar		AR68.30-P-4490NKB
2	Open cargo area floor (2) and secure with safety hook (3)
3	Remove bolts (5)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)
4	Move left or right front seat forwards	MODEL 246 with CODE U57 (EASY-VARIO-PLUS-system)
5	Move left or right rear seat toward front and fold back rear seat backrest	MODEL 246 with CODE U57 (EASY-VARIO-PLUS-system)
6	Remove rear seat cushion	MODEL 246 with CODE 248 (Rear seat with integrated child seat) without CODE U57 (EASY-VARIO-PLUS-system)	AR91.12-P-1020NKD

7	Remove left or right rear seat backrest	MODEL 246 without CODE U57 (EASY-VARIO-PLUS-system)	AR91.12-P-1720NKB
8	Remove covers (14) and unscrew bolts (15)	MODEL 242, 246 without CODE 942 (Load compartment package)
9	Remove cover (13)	MODEL 242, 246 without CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)
10	Unclip and remove cover (6)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)

12	Remove bolts (5)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)
13	Lower load compartment floor (2)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)
14	Remove screw/bolts (7)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 942 (EASY-PACK-load securing kit)
15	Remove cargo area floor (2) from vehicle
16	Remove clips (4)	Clip remover	Figure
17	Remove cover (8)
18	Unhook retaining tabs from fixing bolt	Retaining tab is located below cover (8).
19	Remove covers on anchoring lug (9) and unscrew bolts (10)
20	Remove rear door sill molding		AR68.30-P-4100NKB
21	Remove bolts (11)	MODEL 242, 246 with CODE 293 (Sidebag in rear left and right)
22	Detach edge guard (12) in area of paneling (1)	Ensure that edge guard is seated correctly on liftgate opening.
23	Unclip paneling (1)
24	Lift paneling (1) and disconnect electrical connector in trunk socket	When removing left paneling (1).
25	Remove cover (1)
26	Install in the reverse order
