	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove cap at coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Turn cap of coolant expansion reservoir (1) by half a turn counterclockwise, release overpressure, then remove cap. Only install cap after engine cooling system leak test.
2	Suction off coolant from coolant expansion reservoir (1).

3	Remove return hose (2).	To do this unfasten safety clip and detach return hose (2). Moisten sealing ring of return hose (2) with lubricant. Check sealing ring for damage.
		Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L If damage is present: ↓ Replace sealing ring.	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
4	Remove hose (3).	ENGINE 274 To do this, unfasten clamp and remove hose (3). Engines 622, 651 To do this, unfasten safety clip and remove hose (3). Check clamp for damage. If damage is present: ↓ Replace clamp.
5	Disconnect electrical connector (5).
6	Remove coolant expansion reservoir (1).	For this purpose, unscrew screws (4) and remove coolant expansion reservoir (1) upwards.
7	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8	Purge engine cooling system.		AR20.00-S-1142-06E
