Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

1. Switch heater to maximum heating output and allow engine to warm up at average engine speed.
2. Continuously refill coolant until coolant level reaches marking in coolant expansion reservoir.
3. Once the coolant temperature reaches approx. 60 to 70°C, close coolant expansion reservoir with cap.
