	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Drain off
1	Remove cap of the coolant expansion reservoir.	Turn cap of coolant expansion reservoir counterclockwise through half a revolution, release overpressure, and then remove cap.
2	Remove front lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-S-1105E
3	Attach drain hose to drain valve (1).	Model 447 with engine 274, 651 Model 448 with engine 274 Use drain hose of vacuum-type cooling system filler. Cooler vacuum filling device	Fig 2
	Drain off
4	Open drain valve (1) and drain off coolant.	Model 447 with engine 274, 651 Model 448 with engine 274 Cooler vacuum filling device	Fig 2
5	Close drain valve (1).	Model 447 with engine 274, 651 Model 448 with engine 274 Position suitable receptacle under coolant hose (3). Drain screw at cooler (reference value)	*BA20.20-Z-1001-01KOB
6	Remove drain hose.	Model 447 with engine 274, 651 Model 448 with engine 274
7	Clamp off coolant hose (3) on coolant thermostat housing.	Model 447 with engine 622.9 Commercially available devices/tools  Pinch-off pliers
8	Release clamp (2) and move.	Model 447 with engine 622.9 Commercially available devices/tools  Hose clamp pliers with wire cable
9	Remove coolant hose (3) from coolant thermostat housing.	Model 447 with engine 622.9 When doing so, catch coolant with suitable container.
10	Remove pinch-off pliers from coolant hose (3).	Model 447 with engine 622.9 When doing so, catch coolant with suitable container.
11	Attach coolant hose (3) to coolant thermostat housing.	Model 447 with engine 622.9 Commercially available devices/tools  Hose clamp pliers with wire cable Position clamp (2) correctly again. Check clamp (2) for damage. If damage is present: ↓ Replace clamp (2).
	Pour in
12	Pour in coolant and bleed engine cooling system.		AR20.00-S-1142-04E
