Remove/Install Cables For Sliding Roof In Pop-Up Roof - AR77.20-S-0009E

	Remove/install
1	Remove sliding roof.		AR77.20-S-0020E
2	Remove wind deflector.		AR77.20-S-0007E
3	Remove screws (1).
4	Remove holder (2).
5	Remove power output gear (3).	: Check power output gear (3) for damage.
		If damage is present: ↓ replace power output gear (3), pilot bushings (4, 5) and cables (7).
6	Remove pilot bushings (4, 5).	To do so, unclip pilot bushings (4, 5) using a suitable tool. : Check pilot bushings (4, 5) for damage. If damage is present: ↓ replace power output gear (3), pilot bushings (4, 5) and cables (7).
7	Remove sliding sunroof frame.		AR77.20-S-0008E
8	Remove slide rails (6).	Align sliding blocks (8, 9) as shown. If this is not observed, it is not possible to install the slide rails (6) correctly. To do so, remove slide rails (6) from the sliding blocks (8, 9) and cables (7) : Lightly grease contact areas where the slide rails (6) and sliding blocks (8, 9) come into contact. Long-life grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
9	Remove cables (7).	To do so, unclip cables (7) from sliding blocks (8).
	Check
10	Check respective sliding blocks (8, 9) for damage.	If a sliding block (8, 9) is damaged, ↓ replace the sliding roof panel.
	Clean
11	Clean the pilot bushings (4, 5).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
12	Clean the slide rails (6).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
13	Clean respective sliding blocks (8, 9).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
14	Install in the reverse order.
