	Remove/install
1	Remove pilot bushings on sliding sunroof frame (2).		AR77.20-S-0009E
2	Remove screws (1).
3	Align slide rails (3) with the sliding sunroof frame (2).	Move each slide rail (3) in steps until it can be guided past its associated catch (4). If this is not observed, the sliding sunroof frame (2) will be damaged.
4	Remove sliding sunroof frame (2).	Swivel the sliding sunroof frame (2) downwards to the slide rails (3). If this is not observed, the catches (4) will be damaged. i236 : Check catches (4) for damage. If damage is present: ↓ replace the sliding sunroof frame (2).
	Clean
5	Remove seal residues and clean contact surfaces at sliding sunroof frame (2) and at pop-up roof.	Isopropyl alcohol STRESOL 99	*BR00.45-Z-1057-04A
6	Attach seal to sliding sunroof frame (2).	Sliding roof sealing profile on pop-up roof, Terostat 81 black 10x2 mm	*BR00.45-Z-1146-01A
7	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
8	Check the sliding sunroof frame (2) for leaks.	Visual inspection only.
