| 1 | Completely open sliding roof (1). | ||
| 2 | Switch off ignition. | ||
| 3 | Remove the auxiliary battery ground line. | Model 447 with code E28 (additional battery for retrofit consumer) Model 447 with code EE8 (battery 12V 100 Ah) | AR54.10-S-0007E |
| 4 | Remove the linkage (2). | Align retaining clips (3) as shown. Otherwise, correct installation of the retaining clips (3) on the guide rails (4) cannot be guaranteed. |
