	Check
1	Perform initial measurement.		AR40.20-P-0200XG
	Adjust
2	Remove front and center engine compartment paneling.		AR61.20-P-1105XG
3	Check center position of steering gear (i) and center position of steering wheel.	The steering gear (1) is in the center position when the marking (A) on the cover and the marking (B) of the steering gear (1) match. If the center position of the steering wheel does not match the center position of the steering gear (1), ↓ move steering wheel by a maximum of one tooth.	AR46.10-P-0100XG
4	Switch off the easy entry and exit feature for the steering wheel.	Otherwise, when opening or closing the driver's door, the steering wheel moves to a different position. The roof lining or the windshield will be damaged if the holding device is installed.
5	Fix steering wheel in center position using holding device.	Retainer device	Fig 1
6	Counterhold tie rod (2) at left or right on hexagon and unfasten counternut (3).
7	Adjust toe by turning tie rod (2) at left or right.	Assign suspension data Make sure that the boots are not twisted.	AR40.20-P-0203XG
8	Counterhold tie rod (2) at left or right on hexagon and tighten counternut (3).	Jam nut, tie rod to inner tie rod	*BA46.40-P-1003-01D
9	Install front and center engine compartment paneling.		AR61.20-P-1105XG
10	Remove holding device.	Retainer device	Fig 1
11	Check boots of tie rod (2) at left or right for twisting, align if necessary.
	Check
12	Perform output measurement.		AR40.20-P-0200XG
