	Remove/install
1	Drain air conditioning system		AR83.30-P-1760LW
2	Remove windshield wiper system		AR82.30-P-6400LW
3	Unscrew nut (2)	Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve	*BA83.30-P-1003-01Q
4	Remove low-pressure line (3) and high-pressure line (4) from expansion valve (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs	Install new seals.

5	Remove screws/bolts (5), remove expansion valve (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs	If the thread of screws/bolts (5) does not engage, remove threaded plate using extraction hook, hold in position and screw in screws/bolts (5) alternately.
