| 4 | Remove circlip (5) | ||
| 5 | Coat seal (6) in area of electrical lines with suitable lubricant and pull approx. 15 cm over electrical lines | ||
| 6 | Remove cover (7) below at left outside mirror (M21/1) or right outside mirror (M21/2) | ||
| 7 | Pull out electrical lines approx. 15 cm out of left outside mirror (M21/1) or right outside mirror (M21/2) (arrow D) | ||
| 8 | Remove electrical fuse (2) at connector housing (1) using a suitable screwdriver (3) (arrow A) | ||
| 9 | Unlock connector housing (1) (arrow B) and pull off from electrical line (4) (arrow C) | Fig 4 | |
| 10 | Remove bolt (8) | ||
| 11 | Pull electrical line (4) completely out of seal (6) and the left outside mirror (M21/1) or right outside mirror (M21/2), and remove camera for left outside mirror 360° camera (B84/7) or the camera for the right outside mirror 360° camera (B84/8) | ||

| 13 | Commission camera for left outside mirror 360° camera (B84/7) or camera for right outside mirror 360° camera (B84/8) using diagnostic system | If the camera for the left outside mirror 360° camera (B84/7) or the camera for the right outside mirror 360° camera (B84/8) was replaced. | |
