Remove/install front axle brake caliper - AR42.10-P-0070LWD

MODEL 205 with CODE U70 (red-painted brake callipers) without CODE B06 (grey-painted brake callipers) without CODE B07 (Ceramic brake system) 6-piston fixed-caliper brake

	Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove brake linings (3)		AR42.10-P-1610LWD
2	Detach right front brake wear sensor electrical connector from brake caliper (1)	When removing brake caliper (1) on right side of vehicle.
		MODEL 205.086/087/286/287/386/387/486/487 with CODE U70 (red-painted brake callipers) without CODE B06 (grey-painted brake callipers) without CODE B07 (Ceramic brake system) 6-piston fixed-caliper brake	*BA42.10-P-1002-10W
3	Detach brake hose (4) from brake caliper (1)		AR42.10-P-0013LW
4	Unscrew screws/bolts (2)	MODEL 205.086/087/286/287/386/387/486/487 with CODE U70 (red-painted brake callipers) without CODE B06 (grey-painted brake callipers) without CODE B07 (Ceramic brake system) 6-piston fixed-caliper brake	*BA42.10-P-1001-10W
5	Unscrew brake caliper (1) from brake hose (4)		AR42.10-P-0013LW
		Do not yet tighten the brake hose (4).
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Bleed brake system		AR42.10-P-0010LW
