| 3 | Unscrew the cap on the brake fluid expansion reservoir and suction off some brake fluid | ||

| 5 | Detach electrical line of front right brake wear sensor (S10/2) from bracket (1) | ||
| 6 | Detach front right brake wear sensor (S10/2) from electrical connection | ||
| 7 | Unscrew bolt (2) | *BA42.10-P-1005-10W | |
| 8 | Release outer brake lining (6) from brake caliper (4) | ||
| 9 | Fold back brake caliper (4) | Do not subject the brake hose and electrical line to tension and do not kink them. The brake hose and the electrical line can otherwise be damaged. |

| 10 | Remove brake linings (6) | Do not apply brake paste or lubricants to the brake linings (6) and brake caliper support (5). |

| 11 | Remove spring steel sheets from brake caliper support (5) | ||
