| 1 | Remove headliner | AR68.30-P-4300LWR | |
| 2 | Unhook electrical wiring harness (2) from soft top canvas (1) | ||
| 3 | Drill rivets (3) on left and right shackle (4), collect metal chips and remove rivet residues | Carefully drill through rivet (3) and not too deeply. Otherwise the soft top canvas (1) can be damaged. |

| 4 | Loosen left and right shackle (4) | ||
| 5 | Remove adhesive strips above ends of cable of left and right tension cable on soft top canvas (5) and unhook ends of cable | ||
| 6 | Pull left and right soft top canvas tension cable (5) out of front shackle (6) toward rear | ||
| 7 | Unhook edge stripping (7) and unhook soft top canvas (1) from hooks (8) | ||
| 8 | Knock off rivet (9) on shackle (10) and front lateral cable (11) on left and right side of vehicle and remove rivet residues | ||
| 9 | Unhook expansion rivet (14) on left and right side of vehicle and unhook shackle (15) | ||
| 10 | Loosen seal (12) on left and right rail (13) | ||
| 11 | Pry out terminal strip (16) on left and right rail (13) | Align terminal strip (16) on rail (13) at top and press into end stop. |

| 13 | Drill rivet (18) on left and right rear lateral cable (19), collect metal shavings and remove rivet residues | ||
| 14 | Pull left and right soft top canvas tension cable (5) out of rear shackle (20) toward rear | ||
| 15 | Loosen seal (12) from soft top bow (21) and remove | ||
| 16 | Detach edge stripping (25) from soft top bow (21) | ||
| 17 | Support soft top bow (21) with suitable aid (26) and lift soft top canvas (1) at rear | ||
| 18 | Disconnect electrical connector (27) on left and right side of vehicle and expose electrical line | ||
| 19 | Unscrew bolt (28) on left and right retaining frame (29) on rear window (30) and fold rear window (30) upward | ||
| 20 | Knock rivet (31) off of left and right shackle (32) and remove rivet residues | ||
| 21 | Fold rear window (30) toward front | ||
| 22 | Drill rivet (33) on left and right on rear soft top bow (34), collect metal shavings and remove rivet residues | ||
| 23 | Remove left and right plugs (35) from rear soft top bow (34) and collect metal shavings/rivet residues | ||
| 24 | Detach soft top canvas (1) on the front three soft top bows | Lay fabric tabs from rear toward front around soft top bows and glue on. |

| 25 | Remove soft top canvas (1) | ||
| 26 | Install in the reverse order |
