	Risk of injury to skin and eyes due to handling of engine oil. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing engine oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.	AS18.00-Z-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover
2	Remove left or right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150MMV
3	Remove left or right soundproofing over the rail
4	Remove left oil line feed line (1L) or right oil line feed line (1R) from ATL and cylinder head	Use suitable stop plugs to seal the openings. Install new sealing rings.
		Bolt, oil feed line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1004-01W
		Bolt, oil feed line to cylinder head	*BA09.40-P-1005-01W

5	Detach charge air cooler (3) and place with attached coolant lines to one side and secure against falling down		AR09.41-P-6819MMV
6	Release tension of poly-V belt and remove from alternator (G2) or refrigerant compressor (A9)		AR13.20-P-0001MMV
7	Detach alternator (G2), place with attached lines to one side and secure against falling down	To remove the right oil line return flow (2R)

		Bolt, alternator to timing case	*BA15.40-P-1001-01F
8	Detach A/C compressor (A9), place with attached lines to one side and secure against falling down	To remove the left oil line return flow (2L)
8		Bolt, refrigerant compressor to timing case/crankcase/engine support	*BA83.55-P-1001-01M
9	Detach left or right return line oil lines (2L or 2R) from ATL and cylinder crankcase	Use suitable stop plugs to seal the openings. Install new sealing rings.
		Bolt, oil return flow line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1006-01W
		Bolt, oil return line to crankcase	*BA09.40-P-1007-01W

10	Remove left or right oil lines feed line (2L or 2R) upwards
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Check engine oil level and correct if necessary

	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leak tightness
