| 1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key | ||
| 2 | Remove front right cover above coolant expansion reservoir | ||
| 3 | Unscrew cap on coolant expansion reservoir | ||
| 4 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050MUB | |
| 5 | Drain coolant at radiator (1) | AR20.00-P-1142LF | |
| 6 | Remove coolant hose between coolant pump and cooler (1) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 7 | Detach coolant hose (2) at radiator (1) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 8 | Detach coolant hose (5) between cooler (1) and coolant thermostat on cooler (1) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Detach vent line (6) between cooler (1) and coolant expansion reservoir on cooler (1) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Unclip coolant line (4) at radiator (1) | ||
| 11 | Remove front center reinforcement | AR62.30-P-1570LF | |
| 12 | Detach air duct segment (8) at radiator (1) and place to one side | ||
| 13 | Remove air duct segment (7) | ||
| 14 | Remove screw/bolts (11) | ||
| 15 | Unclip radiator (1) from left supporting frame (3) and detach supporting frame on the right and remove downwards | Press oil cooler for A/T to the side. The cooler (1) will be damaged otherwise. |

| 17 | Install in the reverse order | ||
