	Remove/install
1	Remove engine intake air ducts (1) upstream of air filter
2	Remove cold air intake (11)
3	Drain air conditioning system	Model 166 with engine 157, 278	AR83.30-P-1760CW

5	Remove lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.30-P-1001GQ
6	Drain coolant at radiator (6)		AR20.00-P-1142GQ
	Notes on coolant		AH20.00-N-2080-01A
7	Detach coolant hoses (3, 8) from radiator (6)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
8	Disconnect coolant line (9)
9	Detach bracket (10) of circulation pump
10	Do not disconnect refrigerant lines (2, 5) at radiator (6)	Nut/bolt, high-pressure line to fluid reservoir	*BA83.30-P-1001-01J
11	Disconnect oil lines (7) on cooler (6)
12	Remove left and right air duct segment (4) for engine mount
13	Remove both upper radiator package brackets from crossmember
14	Take out radiator (6) in an upward direction	Aid of helper required Installation: Observe routing of hood release cable. The hood release cable can be damaged. Radiator package consisting of the radiator and condenser.
15	Check lower elastomer bearing of radiator package for correct seating
16	Disconnect cooler from the transmission cooler condenser combination
17	Check radiator (6) for damage	Only when reusing the radiator (6) When damaging the cooler (6): Replace the cooler (6)↓
18	Check lower elastomer bearing of radiator package for correct seating
19	Install in the reverse order
	Check
20	Check engie cooling system for leak tightness	Only when reusing the radiator (6) ↓ Install new radiator (6) if necessary.	AR20.00-P-1010GQ
21	Check transmission oil level and correct if necessary	Follow the prescribed work procedure exactly and observe the Specifications for Operating Fluids. The transmission will otherwise be damaged.	AR27.00-P-0270W
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
22	Perform engine test run and check cooling system for proper operation
