	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1.1	Remove front engine cover (1) and engine air intake duct (2) upstream of air filter housing	ENGINE 276.9
1.2	Remove upper engine cover and engine air intake ducts upstream of air filter housing	Engine 276.8, 642, 651
		ENGINE 276.8 in MODEL 166	AR09.10-P-1150GQC
		ENGINE 642 in MODEL 166	AR09.10-P-1150OGR
		ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166	AR09.10-P-1150CD
2	Unclip oil cooling lines (3) on fan unit (4) (arrows)	Do not bend or kink oil cooling lines (3). Leaks and damage can occur otherwise.
3	Disconnect electrical connection (5) on fan unit (4) and unclip electrical line on fan unit (4)
4	Unlock and detach vent line on coolant expansion reservoir and on cooler	Engine 642, 651
5	Unclip vent line from fan unit (4) and from bracket for glow output stage and lay outside the working area	Engine 642, 651
6	Press unlocking lugs on cooler aside and remove fan unit (4) upwards	Ensure correct seating of the lift support point (A) on the cooler mount.
7	Install in the reverse order
