	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove front engine cover
2	Drain coolant		AR20.00-P-1142GQ
3	Remove right and left engine suction air duct (2)
4	Remove suction air duct (3) on the right and left downstream of the air filter housing (1)	Engine 278
5	Remove cold air intake (5)	Engine 157
6	Unfasten hydraulic line (11) on bracket (12)	Engine 157
7	Unclip hydraulic lines (8) on radiator (6) (arrows)	Engine 157
8	Unclip retaining lugs for upper air ducting from fan unit (13)	Engine 278 Unclip switchover valve (4) and place to one side.
9	Disconnect electrical connection (10) on fan unit (13) and unclip electrical line on fan unit (13)
10	Remove return line on radiator
11	Remove coolant hose (7) on radiator (6)
12	Unhook fan unit (13) from radiator mount and pull out upwards	Ensure correct seating of the lift support point (A) on the radiator mount.
13	Install in the reverse order
