	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove instrument cluster	MODEL 242 with ENGINE 780
			AR54.30-P-6015NKB
2	Unclip wiring harness (7) (arrow) and press to the side	MODEL 242 with ENGINE 780
3	Remove bolts (8)	MODEL 242 with ENGINE 780
4	Remove accelerator pedal		AR30.12-P-1321NKB
5	Remove air duct (1) in driver footwell
6	Unscrew safety bolt (2) and remove brake pedal (3) from clevis (4)	Replace locking bolt (2).
		Brake booster to brake pedal	*BA43.10-P-1002-01J
7	Disconnect electrical connector (5)
8	Disconnect electrical connector (10)	MODEL 242 with ENGINE 780
9	Unscrew nuts (6)	MODEL 242 with ENGINE 780
		Nut, pedal assembly to firewall	*BA29.10-P-1001-02G
10	Unclip electrical lines on brake pedal (3)	Replace retaining clip if necessary.
11	Remove strut (9)	Ensure that strut (9) is properly seated.
12	Remove brake pedal (3) from driver footwell
13	Modify brake light switch	When replacing the brake pedal (3).

14	Install in the reverse order
