	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush  or, in extreme cases, even sever  extremities	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
	Version of the poly-V belt altered		BT13.20-P-1000-01SXH
1	Remove front engine cover	See Remove air filter housing.	AR09.10-P-1150SX
2	Disconnect poly-V belt (9, 10) in the lower area	When disconnecting the poly-V belt gloves must be worn to protect the hands.
	Checking
3	Check belt pulley (1, 4, 5) for damage	Replace belt pulley (1, 4, 5) if necessary: ↓
		Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (1).	AR03.30-P-1600SX
		Replace coolant pump belt pulley (4).	AR20.10-P-1271SX
		Replace alternator belt pulley (5).	AR15.40-P-5710SX
	Install
4	Pull on poly-V belt (9) using an assembly tool	See poly-V belt routing diagram While pulling on the poly-V belt guide it by hand and check for correct seating.	AR13.22-P-3902-02SX
