	Remove/install
1	Remove front axle transmission	Remove/install front axle gear	AR33.30-P-0525SYZ
2	Remove oil pan bottom section	Remove/install bottom part of oil pan	AR01.45-P-7555SW
3	Remove screw/bolts (1a) and take out intake manifold lower part (1)	Bolt, bottom part of intake manifold to oil pan	*BA18.10-P-1009-01B
4	Detach support brace (2) by removing screw/bolts (2a) and retaining clamps (2b)	Collar bolt, support to oil pan	*BA33.30-P-1011-03G
5	Detach oil dipstick guide tube from oil pan (5) Remove/install oil dipstick guide tube		AR18.40-P-3510SW
6	Disconnect Electrical connection on switch (S43)
7	Detach retaining clamps (3a) and push automatic oil lines (3) to the side	Screw/bolt, oil line bracket to oil pan	*BA01.45-P-1007-01M
8	Remove grommet (4)	Two screw/bolts for fastening the oil pan (5) are located below.
9	Remove screw/bolts from oil pan (5)	Engine 272 Bolt plan for oil pan	AR01.45-P-7500-06VA
		Bolt plan for oil pan Engine 273 Observe different bolt lengths and bolt diameters as per bolt plan.	AR01.45-P-7500-06SX
		Screw/bolt, oil pan to cylinder crankcase, timing case cover or rear cover	*BA01.45-P-1002-01M
		Oil pan top section to cylinder crankcase at transmission end	*BA01.45-P-1005-01M
		Bolt, automatic transmission to engine	*BA27.40-P-1008-01A
10	Remove oil pan (5) from crankcase
	Notes on sealant path for oil pan		AH01.45-P-0001-01VA
	Notes on sealant path for oil pan		AH01.45-P-0001-01SX
		Apply sealant to sealing surface of oil pan (5).
		Loctite 5970 sealant	*BR00.45-Z-1013-01A

	Clean
11	Clean sealing surfaces on the oil pan (5) and crankcase	Remove sealant Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise.	AR01.00-P-0050-01A

12	Install in the reverse order
13	Check engine oil level approx. 5 min. after switching off the engine at operating temperature, correct if necessary

		Engine 273 Vehicle must be horizontal and standing on its wheels. Measurement errors can occur otherwise.	AP18.00-P-0101SX
14	Check for oil leaks with engine running
