Remove/install track rod - AR35.20-P-0109CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
    NOTES While working on the rear axle care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.  
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Only tighten bolts and nuts of the chassis components in the curb condition.  
1 Lower front rear axle carrier (1)   AR35.10-P-0015CW 
2 Mark installation position of eccentric disk (4a) IMPORTANT The toe-in is set ex-factory with the eccentric disk (4a).  
3 Remove tie rod (4) from wheel carrier (7) and rear axle carrier (1) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA35.20-P-1001-04I 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA35.20-P-1002-04I 
4 Install in the reverse order    
5 Perform a wheel alignment check Model 204 AR40.20-P-0200CW
