29.4.09 "Special tools for unscrewing and tightening injection lines to rail and injectors" added. Steps 5 and 11
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of explosion  from fuel igniting. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by fuel spraying out at high pressure. Keep all ignition sources out of hazard area. Do not carry out any work on systems when they are under pressure AS07.16-Z-0001-01A 
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

  Injection lines (3) on left cylinder head     
1 Remove trim panel on left cylinder head cover IMPORTANTInstallation:  Only install cover after leak test. AR01.20-D-5015SG
2 Disconnect electrical connectors (1) at injectors    
3 Unclip leak oil line (2) at injectors and place to one side IMPORTANT Do not remove leak oil line (2). AR07.03-D-9105SF 
4.1 Unscrew bolts (5) and remove bracket (6) Engine 642.896/898  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA07.16-N-1013-01B 
4.2 Unscrew bolts (5) and lay bracket (6) down on cylinder head Engine 642.992/993  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA07.16-N-1013-01B 
5 Unscrew injection lines (3) from rail (4) and injectors IMPORTANTInstallation:  For stress-free assembly, first screw injection line (3) onto rail (4) finger-tight then tighten injection lines (3) to tightening torque.

6 Remove injection lines (3) NOTES Close off connections using suitable stop plugs to prevent soiling. Do not bend injection lines (3).  
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check injection line (3) sealing cone for damage; replace injection lines (3) if necessary.

7 Remove trim panel on right cylinder head cover IMPORTANTInstallation:  Only install cover after leak test. AR01.20-D-5015SF
8 Disconnect electrical connectors (7) at injectors    
9 Unclip leak oil line (8) at injectors and place to one side IMPORTANT Do not remove leak oil line (8). AR07.03-D-9105SF 
10 Detach bolts (11) and remove bracket (12) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA07.16-N-1013-01B 
11 Unscrew injection lines (9) on rail (10) and injectors IMPORTANTInstallation:  For stress-free assembly, first screw injection line (9) onto rail (10) finger-tight then tighten injection lines (9) to tightening torque.

12 Remove injection lines (9) NOTES Close off open connections using a suitable stop plug to avoid soiling. Do not bend injection lines (9).  
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check injection line (9) sealing cone for damage; replace injection lines (9) if necessary.

13 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

14 Test run engine and check leak tightness in the area of injection lines (3 and 9)
