	Risk of death  caused by limbs being caught  or crushed  by rotating parts when performing tests on the brake test stand	Never leave the vehicle unattended on the rollers except in an emergency. Ensure that no one is under the vehicle or near rotating parts during testing. In case of emergency, use the EMERGENCY STOP switch to shut down test stand.	AS42.00-Z-0001-01A
1.1	Check brake lining thickness	Vehicles with drum brakes If the minimum lining thickness is reached or dropped below, the brake linings should be replaced: ↓	AP42.10-P-4253G
		Remove/install brake shoes on rear axle.	AR42.10-P-0165GG
1.2	Remove brake disks and check thickness of parking brake linings	Vehicles with disk brakes except model 463.270 /271	AR42.10-P-0240GG
		Model 463.270/271 the minimum lining thickness is reached or fallen below, the brake shoes should be replaced: ↓ Remove/install the brake shoes of the parking brake:	AR42.10-P-0220GX
		Except model 463.270/271	AR42.20-P-0530B

2	Check lining thickness of brake pads and condition of brake disks.		AP42.10-P-4251G

7	Check service brakes at rear	Vehicles with drum brakes In the event of uneven braking effect, determine cause and eliminate subject to separate repair order.
8	Apply and release the parking brake lever 3 times completely
9	Engage parking brake lever up to 4th notch and check brake force	In the event of complaint, adjust the brake force by twisting the adjusting nuts (38). After adjusting, check the brake force again, to do this repeat procedures 8 and 9.	*BE42.20-P-1003-01B
10	Apply and release the parking brake lever 3 times completely	After releasing the parking brake lever unobstructed movement of the parking brake must be given.
11	Slowly apply parking brake lever fully	In the process the brake force must increase evenly on both sides. If the brake force is not uniform, perform the following measures:↓

		Vehicles with drum brakes If necessary, replace brake shoes of drum brake or brake shoes of parking brake: ↓	AR42.20-P-0540GG

12	Drive vehicle off the brake test stand and switch off the stand
13	Install trim on parking brake lever	Model 463.202 /222 /236 /237 /243 /244 /245 /246 /247 /248 /249 /250 /254 /270 /271 /303 /309 /322 /323 /332 /333 /340 /341 Model 463.306/ 336 /346: Pull boot back over and engage.	AR68.20-P-2311-01AA
