	Remove/install
1	Remove center console		AR68.20-P-2000GA
2	Unscrew adjusting nuts (7) at parking brake lever (6).
3	Remove parking brake shoes		AR42.20-P-0530GX
4	Detach relay lever (8) at parking brake cable (1).
5	Detach parking brake cable (1) at axle housing (4).		*BA42.20-P-1002-01B
6	Detach parking brake cable (1) at longitudinal member and vehicle underbody.	Installation:  After securing parking brake cable (1) on vehicle underbody, apply underfloor protection to threaded bolt.	*BR00.45-Z-1002-05A
7	Remove parking brake cable (1) from rubber grommet (5) on vehicle underbody.	Pay attention to different lengths of parking brake cables (1).
8	Install in the reverse order	Only tighten wheels with four wheel bolts since brake shoes of parking brake still require adjustment. Do not tighten wheel bolts yet.
9	Adjust parking brake		AR42.20-P-0540GX
10	Check parking brake on roller dynamometer and adjust if necessary		AR42.20-P-0550GG
