	Remove/install
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts	All models	AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000GZ
2	Remove front wheel
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050Z
3	Remove tie rod		AR46.40-P-0200GZ
4	Remove bellows		AR46.40-P-0400GZ
5	loosen inner tie rod with axial joint (3) using open end wrench (2)	Counterhold toothed rack using suitable open end wrench (arrow).	*BA46.40-P-1003-01K

6	Remove inner track rod with axial joint (3)	Do not use force (hammer blows, excessive leverage) otherwise you may damage the steering gear.
7	Install in the reverse order
