Remove/install vacuum pump - AR43.05-P-1320GZ

	Remove/install
1	Removes strut tower brace	Model 164.8 only Remove strut tower brace from strut tower mounts.	AR62.30-P-2500GY
2	Remove engine trim panel	Ignition switched off.
		Model 164	AR01.10-P-2405GZB
		Model 251	AR01.10-P-2405RTB
3	Press in fastening catches on vacuum line (3) and pull off.
4	Loosen bolts (2) at noise muffler (1).	Check sealing ring at noise muffler (1) for damage and apply light coating of grease.

5	Remove noise muffler (1).	Seal opening at throttle valve actuator.
6	Loosen bolts (5) of vacuum pump (4).	Position driver of vacuum pump (4) correctly in camshaft. Ensure seal is seated correctly at cylinder head. Replace factory-installed aluminum screw/bolts installed with steel screw/bolts.

		Loctite 243	*BR00.45-Z-1133-02A
7	Remove vacuum pump (4).
8	Install in the reverse order
