Remove/install front door lock - AR72.10-P-4011V

	Remove/Install
1	Remove outer door handle from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-2400V
2	Remove inner sealing rail (2) from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1600V
3	Loosen door foil (3) on inner door panel from rear at top to marker line (A)		AR72.10-P-1010V
4	Connect power window switch on left door control module (N69/1) or right door control module (N69/2) and move crank window to bottom assembly position	Actuate crank window with corresponding separate power window switch (e.g. replacement part) until guide (4) is accessible
5	Mark installation position of wedge (5) and bolt (6) on guide	Installation:  Align crank window according to installation markings on bolt (6) and wedge (5).
6	Move crank window to upper assembly position	Until bolt (6) is accessible above opening (arrow) on inner door panel
7	Loosen bolt (6)		*BA72.10-P-1009-01AB
8	Slacken nut (7)		*BA72.10-P-1008-01AB
9	Remove cap (8), mark installation position of nut (9) and unscrew nut (9)	Installation:  Align window guide rail (10) according to installation marking of nut (9).

10	Loosen guide (4) from crank window and lay toward front together with window guide rail (10)
11	Expose wiring harness (11) on inner door panel and disconnect electrical connector from left door control module (N69/1) or right door control module (N69/2)
12	Expose control cable (12) for inner door panel actuation from inner door panel
13	Remove bolts (13)		*BA72.10-P-1007-01AB
14	Remove door lock (1) above access cover in inner door panel
15.1	Remove lock cover from door lock (1)	Only when replacing door lock (1).
16	Install in the reverse order
	Adjust
17	Remove cover (14) and loosen bolt (15)	The clearance is adjusted automatically.
18	Tighten bolt (15) and check clearance by actuating door handle, if necessary loosen bolt (15) again and tighten	When actuating door handle slight play should be present before opening the door lock (1)
19	Install cover (14)
