Check basic position of camshafts - AR05.20-P-6010QK

3	Spin engine at the crankshaft in direction of rotation until the piston of cylinder 1 is positioned at TDC marking ± 2°	The TDC marking on belt pulley/vibration damper (2) must be aligned with the positioning edge (A) on the timing case cover. The cams of the inlet camshaft and the exhaust camshaft at cylinder 1 must be positioned up at an angle.
4	Check basic position of camshafts	If incorrectly installed (chain offset by 1 tooth), the value is altered by about 20° crank angle. If the basic position is not correct↓.
		Set the basic position of camshafts. The markings on the camshaft adjusters (3) must be aligned with the markings (B) at the camshaft bearing housing (arrows). The camshaft adjusters (3) require no particular adjustment, as they automatically take on a basic position to the camshafts when engine is vertical.	AR05.20-P-6020QK
