Remove, install cylinder head cover - AR01.20-P-5014QK

MODIFICATION NOTES

1.3.04 Disconnect/connect ground line on battery    
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Open engine hood Model 203 AR88.40-P-1000P
    Model 209 AR88.40-P-1000Q
2 Remove cover of cylinder head IMPORTANT Grasp with both hands and pry off. Check gasket, replace if necessary.  
3 Remove ignition coils of cylinders 1 to 4 (T1/1 to T1/4)   AR15.12-P-2003T
4 Detach vent lines from cylinder head cover (5) INSPECT Inspect vent lines, replace if necessary.  
5 Detach electrical connector (2) for left intake camshaft Hall sensor    
6 Place electrical wiring harness (3) for ignition coil for cylinders 1 to 4 (T1/1 to T1/4) to the side IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that electric wiring harness (3) is correctly routed in cylinder head cover (5).  
    Ensure that rubber seal for electric wiring harness (3) is correctly seated in cylinder head cover (.5)  
7 Remove bolts (4) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Observe tightening procedure:  
    Tightening diagram for cylinder head cover AR01.20-P-5014-03Q 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA01.20-P-1001-01B 
8 Remove cylinder head cover (5) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Install new gasket Ensure gasket of cylinder head cover (5) is correctly installed.  
9 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.		 AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Check for leaks with engine running
