Remove/install rear door - AR72.12-P-0600SXS

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1.1	Remove crank window from left or right rear door	On vehicles with hydraulic power windows.	AR72.12-P-1910SXS
1.2	Remove window on left or right rear door	On vehicles without hydraulic power windows.
2	Disconnect left rear door separation point (X35/3) or right rear door separation point (X35/4)
3	Loosen protective tube (2) from B-pillar
4.1	Guide hydraulic lines (3) from rear door (1) and protective tubing (2)	On vehicles with hydraulic power windows.
5	Press door holder (4) off of ball head bolt (5) on B-pillar		Figure
6	Remove caps (6) and remove bolts below		*BA72.12-P-1019-01N
7	Remove rear door (1) from door hinge halves on B-pillar	Carefully remove rear door (1) to prevent damage to rear door (1) and front door. See GOTIS for multifunctional lift/holding device http://gotis.aftersales.mercedes-benz.com
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Check adjustment of rear door (1), correct if necessary.		AR72.12-P-0650SXS
