Remove/install paneling on B-pillar - AR68.30-P-4700SX

MODIFICATION NOTES

9.2.06 Electrical connector for belt tension sensor added Step 5.1  
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Move front seat backrest and front seat completely toward front.    
2 Loosen edge guard (1) at front and rear in area of upper B-pillar (2) and lower B-pillar paneling (3).    
3 Loosen cap (4) and unscrew nut (5).    
4 Unclip cover (6)    
5.1 Disconnect electrical connectors from belt tension sensor (48/3) On front passenger seat and vehicle with code (494) USA version.  
6 Remove belt end fitting (7) from front seat IMPORTANTInstallation:  Do not twist seat belt (8).  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.40-P-1001-01O
7 Press off upper B-pillar paneling (2) with mounting wedge and remove IMPORTANTInstallation:  The guide (9) must be inserted into the bolts (10).

8 Guide seat belt (8) through upper B-pillar paneling (2)    
9 Remove front door sill molding (11) Vehicles without code (Z07) Top protection AR68.30-P-4100SX 
Vehicles with code (Z07) Top protection AR68.30-P-4100SXS 
10 Press lower B-pillar paneling (3) off of retaining clips with mounting wedge IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that retaining clips are seated properly.  
SPECIAL TOOL Figure
11 Remove lower B-pillar paneling (3)    
12 Install in the reverse order
