Removing/installing the charge air hose upstream of the charge air cooler - AR09.41-P-8621RTB

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood		AR88.10-P-1000GZ
2	Remove left engine intake air duct upstream of air filter
3	Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler (1) at the charge air cooler (2)	Check hose clamp (4) for damage, replace if necessary.
4	Remove charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler (1) at the engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (3)	Installation: To prevent leaks in the engine, check sealing ring and safety clip for damage.
5	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. 6	Carry out engine test run	Check leaks in the hose connections.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
