Check, remove, install valve guides - AR05.30-P-3731GZ: Notes

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
1 Remove valves   AR05.30-P-3511GZ 
2 Inspect valve guide on intake side (1) and valve guide on exhaust side (2)   AR05.30-P-3731-06VT

    SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Fig 2
3 Knock out valve guide on intake side (1) and valve guide on exhaust side (2) IMPORTANT The valve guides of the exhaust and intake sides are identical. AR05.30-P-3731-01AV

4 Measure valve guide external diameter IMPORTANT Using an outside micrometer, measure and determine which valve guide was installed. Fit the next largest valve guide according to the valve guide installed. *BE05.30-P-1001-02D 
    COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS Outside micrometer
IMPORTANT Valve guides of standard stage and standard stage I are not supplied as replacement parts; therefore: ↓		 *WH58.30-Z-1002-12A 
    Reaming basic bore to repair stage I AR05.30-P-3731-04VT 
*BE05.30-P-1002-02D 
*BE05.30-P-1003-02D 
    SPECIAL TOOL Supports (1 pair) Fig 3

5 Insert and inspect valve guide on intake side (1) and valve guide on exhaust side (2)   AR05.30-P-3731-03VT

6 Install in the reverse order
