	Remove/Install
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

1	Remove engine trim panel		AR01.10-P-2405TI
2	Remove engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler	Installation:  Check sealing rings and safety clips for damage in order to avoid leakage.	AR09.41-P-8623TI
3	Remove hose from engine intake air duct upstream of air filter
4	Remove muffler downstream of charge air cooler	Installation:  Check sealing ring for damage in order to avoid leakage on engine.	AR09.40-P-6925TI
5	Disconnect charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler	Disconnect the charge air hose from the engine charge air duct downstream of the charge air cooler. Installation:  Check sealing rings for damage in order to avoid leakage.	AR09.41-P-8625TI
6	Disconnect connector from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
7	Unplug electrical connectors from glow time output stage (N14/3).
8	Disconnect connector from charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)
9	Disconnect connector from charge pressure sensor (B5/1)
10	Unscrew bolts from bracket of throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Bracket, throttle valve actuator to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1006-01J
11	Remove mounting clips from return hose	Installation:  Check mounting clips for damage.
12	Unscrew bolts (1) of mixing chamber (3) from charge air distribution pipe	Mixing chamber to charge air distribution pipe	*BA09.20-P-1001-01Q
13	Unscrew bolts (2) of mixing chamber (3) from charge air distribution pipe	Mixing chamber to charge air distribution pipe	*BA09.20-P-1001-01Q
14	Unscrew bolt from bracket of glow time output stage (N14/3) from cylinder head
15	Push hose and pipeline bracket upwards at flange of mixing chamber (3)
16	Remove mixing chamber (3) upward	Installation:  Replace sealing rings to avoid leakage and damage to engine.
17	Install in the reverse order
