	Removing/installing
1	Remove engine cover		AR01.10-P-2405TI
2	Unplug engine charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler	The engine charge air hose is unplugged from the engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler. Installation:  Check sealing rings and detent springs for damage to prevent leakage on the engine, clean connecting points thoroughly but do not grease and ensure exact seating of the detent springs. 		Opening and closing the coupling	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
3	Unscrew bolt (1)
4	Remove retaining plate (2) in a forward direction
5	Unscrew bolt (3).	Engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler to oil filter housing	*BA09.41-P-1003-01J
6	Unscrew bolt (4)	Engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler to bracket	*BA09.41-P-1002-01J
7	Unhook retaining clip for coolant hose
8	Detach engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler downwards and remove
9	Install in reverse order
