	Remove/install
1	Remove head restraint on left or right front seat	Vehicles up to 13.8.07	AR91.16-P-0040TX
1	Remove head restraint on left or right front seat	Vehicles as of 14.8.07	AR91.16-P-0040CW
2	Release catch hooks (2) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) by sliding to the side (arrow)
3	Remove catch hook (2) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) and detach electrical connector (1)
4	Install in the reverse order
