	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by body parts being jammed or crushed. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by brake fluid spraying out at high pressure when working on the SBC brake system	Deactivate SBC brake system using STAR DIAGNOSIS.	AS42.46-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

1	Connect battery charger	It must be possible to raise the vehicle with the battery charger connected.
2	Connect brake fluid changing equipment	Only approved brake fluid changing units may be used as otherwise malfunctions may occur in the SBC system. Follow directions in operating manual supplied by manufacturer. Set bleeding pressure to between 2 bar and 2.5 bar. Brake fluid changer with reservoir (10-20 l) gotis://B_42/43.2_01.1

3	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS	It must be possible to raise the vehicle with the STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnostic system connected. Position diagnostic system such that its display screen can be seen from the driver seat. STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system
4	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift	Model 211 Model 230	AR00.60-P-1000T
5	Remove wheels	If the bleed screw is inaccessible
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050Z
6	Provide an empty brake fluid receptacle	Total capacity for bleeding process up to 2250 ml. Brake fluid receptacle
7	Carry out bleeding operation using STAR DIAGNOSIS	The following steps should be run through in STAR DIAGNOSIS: Select menu item "SBC Sensotronic Brake Control" and appropriate menu item for performed repair. Then process all the individual steps from top to bottom. Extremely high pressure: Secure bleed hose with electrohydraulic brake adapter to prevent it from slipping off the bleed screw. Front axle, model 211, 230:
