4 Slacken poly V-belt of basic drive IMPORTANT For this step swing Torx recess clearance next to tensioning pulley anti-clockwise.  
    See Remove/install poly-V-belt. AR13.22-P-1202QK
5 Unscrew upper bolts (1) from compressor (8) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA09.50-P-1001-01C 
6 Slacken ground cable (2) at compressor (8)    
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
7 Remove engine compartment paneling Model 203, 209 AR61.20-P-1105P
    Model 211 AR61.20-P-1105T
8 Remove screws (4) on intake muffler (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION Intake muffler to supercharger *BA09.50-P-1004-01C 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt of intake muffler to oil filter housing *BA09.50-P-1006-01C 
9 Pry off intake muffler (5) IMPORTANT Detach intake muffler (5) from compressor intake fitting (6) by hand and lift upwards and out.  
10 Unscrew bottom bolt (7) of compressor (8) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA09.50-P-1002-01C 
11 Slacken clutch (3) IMPORTANT For this step remove compressor (8) from crankcase, rotate around 180° and remove clutch (3)  
12 Remove compressor (8)    
13 Detach intake and pressure connection from compressor (8) When replacing the compressor (8) AR09.50-P-8841QK 
14 Detach air recirculation flap from compressor (8) When replacing the compressor (8) AR09.50-P-8843QK 
15 Install in the reverse order    
16 Read out fault memory and erase IMPORTANT Stored faults which may be caused by assembly work, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in the fault memories after completing the work.  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
