Remove/install multicontour backrest side air cushions - AR91.25-P-1741MB

MODELS 220.0 /1 as of 1.9.02 with CODE (433) Left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat with CODE (434) Right dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat with CODE (803) Model year 2003

	Remove/Install
1	Remove driver's seat cushion		AR91.10-P-1070MB
2	Removing dynamic seat control module	Only until pneumatic line connecting rail (1) has been unclipped.	AR91.25-P-1800MB
3	Remove covering on front seat backrest	Only remove backrest upholstery with rubberized fiber matting from front seat backrest.	AR91.18-P-1820M
4	Remove tie straps (see arrows) from green (gn) or transparent (tr) pneumatic line
5	Unclip green (gn) or transparent (tr) pneumatic line from pneumatic line connecting rail (1)	Installation:  Position of green (gn) or transparent (tr) pneumatic line is marked on pneumatic line connecting rail (1).
6.1	Expose green pneumatic line (gn) to side air cushion, right (7)
6.2	Expose transparent pneumatic line (tr) to side air cushion, left (8)
7	Slacken both tensioning straps (11) of side air cushion, left (8), and right (7)
8	Unscrew screw (10) from backrest frame	Installation:  Do not install air cushion the wrong way round. Side air cushion, right (7) with green pneumatic line (gn) must be positioned on the right.
9	Push bracket (12) with air cushion upwards and remove
10	Slacken retaining straps (11) on bracket (12)
11	Remove side air cushion, left (8), and right (7) from bracket (4)
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Perform multicontour backrest function check
