REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
1 Remove left and right engine intake air ducts    
2 Remove fan shroud Model 211.061 /065 /070 /080 /082 /083 /261 /265 /270 /280 /282 /283 AR20.40-P-6800TB 
    Model 211.076 / 276 AR20.40-P-6800TC 
    Model 211.028 AR20.40-P-6800TD
3 Remove air ducting (1) IMPORTANT Detach the signaling horn and the side clips. Pay attention to cable routing of the signaling horn.  
4 Drain coolant at radiator Model 211.028 AR20.00-P-1142HB 
    Model 211.061 /065 /070 /080 /082 /083 /261 /265 /270 /280 /282 /283 AR20.00-P-1142HA 
    Model 211.076 / 276 AR20.00-P-1142RVK 
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A 
5 Unlatch securing clamp (4) and disconnect coolant hoses (2) at radiator (3) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace sealing ring (5) and pay attention to correct assembly of the securing clamp (4).  
6 Unclip cooling loop (6) of power steering at radiator (3)    
7 Unclip condenser (7) of air conditioning from top support (8) and pull out of bottom support (9)    
8.1 Unclip AIR management control system (10) from bottom support (11) Model 211.061 /261 /065 /265  
8.2 Unclip charge air cooler from bottom support (11) Model 211.028  
9 Unlatch securing clamps (13) and disconnect automatic oil lines (12) from radiator (3) Transmission 722.618 /633 /639 /643 /696 /901:
NOTES Seal automatic oil lines (12) and connections, in order to avoid damage at automatic transmission due to contamination.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace sealing rings and pay attention to exact assembly of the securing clamps (13).
Check oil level in automatic transmission, correct if necessary

10 Lift out the radiator (3) in the upward direction IMPORTANT Model 211.061 /261: Unhook AIR management control system (10) from top support (14).
IMPORTANT Model 211.028: Unhook radiator of charge air cooler from top support (14).
IMPORTANTInstallation:  The lower mounts (11) on the radiator (3) must sit in the rubber mounts (15).		  
11 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.		 AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12 Inspecting cooling system for leaks Model 211.028 /061 /065 /070 /080 /082 /083 /261 /265 /270 /280 /282 /283 AR20.00-P-1010HA
