REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.		 AS20.00-Z-0001-01A 
1 Release excess pressure from the cooling system IMPORTANT Rotate cap (1) halfway through in an anti- clockwise direction, release the excess pressure and tightly screw on the cap.

2 Remove left and right engine intake air duct (2)    
3 Disconnect electrical connector (3) for suction fan    
4 Remove rubber seal (4) in the upper frame crossmember (5) region Engine 113  
5 Remove screws (6) and Turn the upper frame crossmember (5) by 180° in the direction of travel Engine 113  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA62.30-P-1008-02A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA62.30-P-1009-02A 
6 Remove the left and the right flat spring (7)    
7 Disconnect coolant line (8) at connecting element (9) IMPORTANT Close connection at connecting element using a drain plug.  
    IMPORTANT Engine 113: Unclip coolant line (8) out of the bracket on fan shroud (10).  
    IMPORTANTInstallation:  Install new O-ring.

8 Loosen coolant hose (11) from brackets on the fan shroud (10)    
9 Tilt fan shroud (10) in an upward direction against the direction of travel and remove it IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that fan shroud retaining lugs are inserted in mounts at bottom of radiator.  
10 Install in the reverse order    
11 Check coolant level
