Remove/install center console - AR68.20-P-2000QBS

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove cover on gearshift lever   AR68.20-P-2310QBS 
2 Remove ashtray housing (3) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check ashtray housing mechanism (3) for proper function, if necessary loosen threaded connection of center console (1) and tighten center console (1) without tension. AR68.20-P-2400P 
3 Unclip covers (4) in installation opening of ashtray housing (3).    
4 Remove bolts (5) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that center console (1) is installed without tension.  
5 Remove bolts (7) on shift gate. IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that center console (1) is installed without tension.  
6 Remove bolts (8) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that center console (1) is installed without tension.  
7 Loosen bolt (6) approx. one half turn on left and right IMPORTANT to unlock arresting pins on center console (1).  
8 Pullout floor covering at transition area between center console (1) and upper control panel in front passenger footwell and disconnect electrical connectors (9).    
9 Remove center console (1)    
10 Reinstall in opposite order
