Remove/install windshield washer hose - AR82.35-P-6980Q

MODEL 209 except CODE (P98) Black Series

MODIFICATION NOTES

11.2.04 "Disconnect/connect battery ground line" removed    
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
1 Open engine hood   AR88.40-P-1000Q
2 Remove fender liner in left front fender IMPORTANT Front and center fender liner. AR88.10-P-1300P
3 Disconnect washer nozzle hose heater connector (X88/7) For vehicles with code 875 Heated windshield washer system  
4 Detach washer fluid hose (2) and seal NOTES Carefully detach washer fluid hose (2) in order to avoid any damage.
IMPORTANT Collect any escaping window washer fluid in a suitable container.
 
    SPECIAL TOOL Fig 2
5 Remove air intake grille on engine hood   AR88.40-P-3001Q
6 Press T-piece (4) out of left windshield washer nozzle (7) NOTES Carefully press out T-piece (4) from left windshield washer nozzle (7) to avoid any damage.  
7 Push angle piece (6) out of right windshield washer nozzle (5) NOTES Carefully push out angle piece (6) from right windshield washer nozzle (5) to avoid any damage.  
8 Expose washer fluid hose (2) and remove IMPORTANT Open cable duct (3).  
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Carry out function check    
11 Check windshield washer system fluid level and correct if necessary    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Check windshield washer system fluid level and correct if necessary   AP82.35-P-8210P
