Adjusting gap between vario-roof and cross member above windshield - AR77.50-P-3035G

	Adjustment
1	Check gap with feeler gauge	A V-shaped gap of 1 mm is permissible over the width of the roof.	Figure
2	Remove paneling at top of windshield		AR68.30-P-4250G
3	Loosen screws (2) and remove intermediate layer (3) or insert depending on gap dimension	Then tighten screws (2) only slightly.
4	Close vario-roof and align vario-roof laterally in relation to cross member above windshield and A-pillar (direction of arrow)	Adjust vario-roof in relation to cross member above windshield so that it is flush to 1 mm lower.
5	Open and close vario-roof	When closing the rotary catch should engage in the center of the mount and should not touch the mount (1) at the top or bottom ↓
		Check adjustment of catch on C-pillar ↓	AR77.50-P-3045G
		Check adjustment of vario-roof contour	AR77.50-P-3040G
6	Tighten screws (2)		*BA77.33-P-1002-01A
7	Install paneling at top of windshield		AR68.30-P-4250G
