Removing and installing crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1900GA

	Removal, installation
	Injury hazard  from unsecured windows pinching hands	Secure windows against falling down.	AS67.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove door liner		AR72.10-P-1000G
2	Remove inner sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1600G
3	Remove outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700G
4	Remove speakers (H4/1, H4/2)
5	Pull door foil off of inner door panel	Installation  : Replace damaged door foil.
6	Lower crank window (1) until mounting screws (2, 3) are accessible through assembly openings in inner door panel	Installation  : Check adjustment of crank window, if necessary: ↓
		Adjust window	AR72.10-P-1950GA
N	Disconnect connector (4) for power window motor
8	Unscrew mounting screw (3)	The slider (5) is fastened to the window and cannot be removed.
9	Loosen mounting screw (2) only until crank window can be lifted out of slider
10	Remove window (1) upward while guiding slider (5) through opening in door shaft	Do not scratch window.
11	Put window (1) down on secure surface
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Clean window		*BR00.45-Z-1007-04A
