Adjusting crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1950GA

	Adjusting
1	Check front door adjustment, adjust if necessary		AR72.10-P-0550G
2	Remove door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000G
3	Remove loudspeakers (H4/1, H4/2)
4	Pull door foil off of inner door panel
5	Loosen screws (2, 3)
6	Close crank window until front edge (arrows) is flush with front door (mirror triangle), then tighten screw (2)	For this purpose, move crank window (1) into slider jaw of screw (2).
7	Adjust crank window so that upper edge of glass touches the inner lip of the rubber seal (arrows) over the entire length when the door lock is in the first catch position, then tighten screws (2, 3) and nuts (4).	In the second door lock catch position, the edge of the glass of the crank window should disappear completely below the rubber seal. If required, the inclination can be corrected by loosening both nuts (4) and the longitudinal position of the crank window can be corrected by loosening screws (2, 3).
8	Tighten screws (2, 3) and nut (4) if loosened	Check adjustment of crank window, if necessary: ↓ Repeat adjustment.
9	Install stoppers on door bottom plate (5)
10	Clean crank window		*BR00.45-Z-1007-04A
11	Reattach door foil on inner door panel	Replace damaged door foil.
12	Install loudspeakers (H4/1, H4/2)
13	Install door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000G
