| 1 | Remove headlamp unit | AR82.10-P-4730EC | |
| 2 | Remove bulbs in lamp unit | AR82.10-P-1201C | |
| 3 | Remove lens from lamp unit | AR82.10-P-1820EA | |
| 4 | Unscrew adjustment screws (39) for headlamp adjustment | ||
| 5 | Press ball head for pneumatic headlamp range adjustment out of reflector | ||
| 6 | Pull front reflector (34) out toward front | ||
| 7 | Remove headlamp reflector (35) from guides (arrow) in housing (36) | ||
| 8 | Reinstall in opposite order | ||
| 9 | Check headlamp adjustment, adjust correctly | AP82.10-P-8260A |
