	When pennant rod (1) is removed close cutout for pennant mount (3) with cover (2) included.
	Removal
1	Remove front bumper
			AR88.20-P-2000FA
2	Remove headlamp unit
			AR82.10-P-4730F
	Installation
3	Fabricate drilling template for pennant holder		AN88.10-P-0001-01F
4	Position template fabricated (16) with 6 mm dia. hole on fender screw (arrow) on wheelhouse	Observe template for left and right sides
5	Position template flush on edge of wheelhouse and mark holes (3 each)	Ensure that template is positioned correctly on the contour of the headlamp reinforcement; for this purpose kink template slightly.
6	Drill 12 mm dia. holes with angle drill
7	Deburr holes and apply corrosion protection agent
8	Mask area of hole on fender with adhesive tape
9	Mark hole d on adhesive tape and drill with 44 mm dia. bit	Dimension a = 136 mm, b = 135 mm, c = 138 mm (see figure) Drill carefully so that the fender is not deformed.
10	Deburr hole and apply corrosion protection agent
11	Lightly screw mounting bracket (13) to base mount (7) with screw (14).
12	Position base mount (7) on fender from inside with rubber ring (5)	The rubber ring (5) is located between the fender and base mount (7).
13	Position bottom screw (15) for mounting bracket (13) and tighten lightly
14	Insert pennant mount (3) into hole (dia. 44 mm) from outside on fender with washer (4)	Narrow recess (arrow) on pennant mount should point toward front of vehicle.
15	Grease pennant mount
16	Tighten nuts (6)		*BA88.10-P-1001-01B
17	Insert mounting bracket (10), position screws (11) and (12) and tighten lightly.
18	Position screw (8) with nut (9) and screw mounting bracket (10) loosely onto base mount (7)
19	Insert pennant rod (1) into pennant mount (3) and catch	Check correct installation position for pennant rod and align pennant mount
20	Tighten screw (14) and then screw (15)
21	Tighten screw (11) and then screw (12)
22	Tighten screw (8) with nut (9)
23	Install headlamp unit
			AR82.10-P-4730F
24	Install front bumper
			AR88.20-P-2000FA
